Infrastructure consulting, built on real delivery
I work with engineering teams that need stronger foundations, cleaner delivery systems, and calmer operations. The focus is practical: architecture, migrations, Kubernetes, observability, and cost-aware scaling.

Track Record
CoDeTech
SRE & Cloud Engineer
Decentralized platforms
Multiple production environments from scratch on GCP. Full observability and service mesh rollout across distributed microservices.
AloPeyk
SRE & Cloud Team Lead
On-demand logistics
Thousands of containers across a high-traffic microservices platform. Drove platform availability to 99.98%.
Namava
SRE & Data Engineer Consultant
Streaming platform
Multi-cluster bare-metal Kubernetes across data centers. Significant capacity gains and cost reduction through infrastructure redesign.
Expertise
Consulting shaped around the parts of infrastructure work that are expensive to get wrong.
Architecture & Platform Design
Cloud foundations, Kubernetes strategy, landing zones, migration roadmaps, and the decisions that shape a calmer, more reliable platform.
Reliability & Operations
SLOs, incident response design, runbook development, and operational workflows that prevent teams from living in reactive mode.
Delivery & Developer Experience
CI/CD architecture, GitOps workflows, release automation, and platform improvements that make shipping safer and less manual.
Observability & Cost
Monitoring, distributed tracing, alerting strategy, and cloud cost analysis that brings visibility and control.
Engagement Models
Every engagement ends with documented decisions, practical next actions, and the context your team needs to keep moving.
Assessment
A focused review of your platform, delivery flow, or reliability posture — with a prioritized roadmap and concrete next steps.
When you need clarity before committing engineering time.
Advisory
Ongoing technical guidance through recurring sessions. Architecture reviews, decision support, and identification of blind spots.
When your team executes well but needs senior platform perspective.
Embedded
Hands-on collaboration for a defined period. Working alongside your team on migrations, infrastructure refactors, or system buildouts.
When the work needs implementation support, not just advice.
Process
Intro call
A focused conversation about your stack, constraints, and what feels risky, slow, or unclear.
Scope & direction
I define the engagement shape, expected outcomes, and the most practical first steps.
Delivery
Advisory reviews, deep assessments, or embedded implementation support — depending on the engagement.
Handoff
Documented decisions, practical next actions, and the context your team needs to keep moving confidently.
FAQ
What kinds of teams usually reach out?
Startups building their first production-grade platform, scale-ups struggling with the infrastructure debt of fast growth, and established engineering teams preparing for Kubernetes adoption, cloud migration, or a reliability overhaul. With platform engineering becoming a top priority across the industry, I also work with companies building internal developer platforms who need guidance on golden paths, self-service tooling, and reducing developer cognitive load.
Do you only advise, or do you also implement?
Both. Some engagements are purely strategic — architecture reviews, migration roadmaps, FinOps assessments, or second opinions before expensive decisions. Others are deeply embedded: I work alongside your engineers on bare-metal cluster builds, CI/CD catalog design, observability rollouts, and production migrations until the systems are stable, documented, and fully owned by your team.
Cloud costs keep growing. Can you help with that?
Yes — FinOps and cost-aware infrastructure design are a core part of what I do. Most teams overspend because of oversized workloads, idle resources, or missing autoscaling. I review your cloud and on-prem setup, identify waste, right-size infrastructure, and build cost visibility into your observability stack so your team can make informed decisions continuously, not just once.
We already use Kubernetes but it still feels fragile. Is that normal?
More common than most teams realize. Many organizations adopt Kubernetes but skip the operational maturity needed to run it well — day-2 operations, security hardening, proper RBAC, network policies, and multi-cluster strategies. I help teams move past the initial setup into a stable, secure, and well-observed platform where upgrades, rollbacks, and scaling are routine instead of stressful.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Assessments run one to two weeks and end with a prioritized roadmap. Advisory engagements are recurring sessions over months for ongoing architectural guidance. Embedded work ranges from four weeks to several months, where I integrate with your team and deliver hands-on. Every engagement ends with documented decisions, runbooks, and enough context for your team to operate independently.
What happens after the first message?
I reply within one business day. From there we schedule a 30-minute intro call to understand your stack, constraints, and goals. If there is a fit, I outline a clear scope, timeline, and expected outcomes before any work begins — no ambiguity, no open-ended billing.
If the platform feels heavier than it should, let's make it clearer
Whether you have a defined problem or need a sharp technical second opinion, I'm happy to help shape the right next move.
